Our experience in this sector extends from schemes involving mass rapid transit, trunk roads, toll highways, bridges and urban traffic disposal systems.<\/span><\/p>\n We adopt an integrated and systematic approach in the provision of services in this sector through the development of transport plans and traffic management using balanced strategies for efficiency and safety in travel, assessments of traffic patterns, followed by the design and construction supervision of rail projects, major roads, bridges and highways.<\/span><\/p>\n Our scope in design encompasses geotechnical studies, drainage design, alignment and geometric design of rail, roads or highways, structural design of bridges, interchanges, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n We utilise computer software applications extensively in our studies and design in order to provide the optimum solution for proper and safe traffic movements.<\/span><\/p>\n INFRASTRUCTURE FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT<\/p>\n Our nation\u2019s growth in recent years has allowed SMHB to play a part in the development of infrastructure projects that included townships, airports, resort and leisure facilities, and sports complexes.
